The national role of USA has become unclear. Are we a nation that protects the weak? Or are we something else? Our spiritual role has also become very unclear. Are we a nation of self control and moral discipline? Are you tough enough to get through what’s going to happen to this planet? There is no escape. Every country, every tribe, every town. As Christians, we need to think in a very intense, very different way so that we will be able to weather the Storm. And come out on the other side safe and happy for eternity.
One of the great challenges Christians find in accepting the possibility of radical healing (especially “energy healing” technologies like Reiki) is many think that if they actively participate in bringing about the healing of body, mind, or spirit, that this fact alone will tarnish the image of Jesus, and will “dumb him down” to being merely a human being with “some healing powers.”
One of the most theologically confused subjects in the Bible is that of hell. It has been fumbled by the clergy and distorted by the laity until the word has become best known as a common vulgarism and expletive. Everywhere people are asking the same questions: What and where is hell? What is the fate of the wicked? Will a God of love torture people throughout eternity? Will the fire of hell ever burn the wickedness out of sinners?
Is today’s modern church really afraid of teaching the full living gospel? Is it afraid of being politically incorrect and offending the masses? Many churches are on a very dangerous path. A path that will only lead to possible destruction. Let me point out, that if there is no gospel message of sin, grace, repentance and salvation there is zero.
What is the one organization that has had the most influence on the development of western culture over the last two thousand years? What institution has had the power to strike terror in entire countries with the threat of a simple executive decision? What organization can arguably be held responsible for the destruction of entire primitive societies, in order to promote their own expansion of influence?
Evil is a reality. Why did God permit evil to get a start in the world and develop to the extent that it has? What happened to change the situation? And why doesn’t He put a stop to all this madness?
